How does Payment Pro improve productivity?
With Payment Pro, cashiering transactions take about half the time – or less, depending upon your current procedures. In place of a cumbersome, multi-step data entry procedure, you save time by eliminating duplicate efforts and getting rid of these steps:

  • Payments are posted to the correct term – automatically.
  • Revenue codes are no longer entered manually.
  • There is no way to post a credit card charge that differs from the amount posted to the student account. One posting does it all.
  • Posting to the finance system is completely automated, and therefore accurate.

    How can we be confident Payment Pro will work as promised?
    You owe us nothing until after you run a satisfactory acceptance test on the version of your student system used for development and testing. Then we install Payment Pro for live operation. At that point, you still have 30 days to run it through its paces before you’re invoiced. We do not expect or want payment until you’re thoroughly satisfied.
